Return Window

We accept return requests within 5 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from damage, odors, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on next steps.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
